Return Policy
Return Period
For service cancellations, you may cancel your scheduled yard cleanup service up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service cost.
If you are not satisfied with the completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for a return or refund consideration.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Service cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date
- Dissatisfaction with completed service must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- The service must not have been completed to the agreed-upon specifications due to our error
- Property access must have been provided as agreed
- No significant changes to the scope of work were requested after service commencement
Return Shipping Costs
As we provide on-site services rather than physical products, there are no shipping costs associated with returns. However, if a return visit is required to address service issues, we will cover the cost of the return visit at no additional charge to you.
Return Process
To initiate a return or request a refund:
- Contact us within the specified time period (48 hours before service for cancellations, 24 hours after service for completed work issues)
- Provide your service order number and details of your request
- Explain the reason for cancellation or dissatisfaction
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method within 5-10 business days
For service quality issues, we may offer to return to your property to address the concerns at no additional cost, rather than providing a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Services completed more than 24 hours ago without prior notification of issues
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled service (subject to cancellation fee)
- Services where property access was not provided as agreed
- Services where additional work was requested beyond the original scope after service commencement
- Services affected by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control
- Services where the customer's property conditions differ significantly from what was described during the initial assessment
General Legal Requirements
This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws in the State of California and the United States. Your rights under applicable law are not limited by this policy.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel service contracts within 14 days of booking under certain circumstances, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your scheduled service at any time before service commencement. Cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 48 hours before service: Full refund, no cancellation fee
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund or full credit toward future service
- Less than 24 hours before service: 25% refund or full credit toward future service
- Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund, but credit may be available at our discretion

Refund Procedure
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank or credit card processing may take additional time to appear in your account
If you paid by cash or check, we will issue a refund check by mail, which may take 10-14 business days to arrive.
